Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or Japanese public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Japan) We ship within Japan via [your carrier, e.g. Yamato Transport / Japan Post]. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
